THE GOEBEN AND BRESLAU.

FLYING OTTOMAN FLAG. (Received August 15, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, August 14. Xast advices from Constantinople state that the Goeben and Breslau are already flying the Ottoman flag. The German crews have landed. It is understood in London that no money has yet "been paid, nor has Turkey received any compensation due to her for the seizure of her Dreadnoughts. Greece and Italy are much disturbed at the sale of the Goeben and Breslau, and it is expected that Italy will de-1 maud an explanation of their further use. Mr Asquith and Sir Edward Grey, in letters to the Belgian War Minister, expressed their admiration at the.courage of Kiug Albert, the Government, and the army, which was the best proof that Britain did right in intervening.
