GERMANS FIGHT PLUCKILY. A THREEFOLD ATTACK. BRUSSELS, August 14. A representative of the Vatican warned the Kaiser of the moral consequences of aggression committed in neutral Belgium, which would discredit the Germans throughout the world. (Received August 15, 9 a.m.) LONDON, August 14. The chief event of Wednesday and Thursday was the audacious cavalry raid on General von Emmjcli's right wing, threatening Louvaiu. ' The Germans fought pluckily, hurling men at strong natural positions. The attack was threefold. A column from Huy attacked Egliezee, and another readied Tueleniont as a feint to keep the Belgians busy, while the principal attack from Diest developed.
