VISIT TO GERMANY.
THE BRITISH SQUADRON. THE KAISER'S INSPECTION. "Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. BERLIN, June 26. The Kaiser, when visiting the British squadron at Kiel, was in high spirits. He joked with everybody, expressed disapproval of a top-hat worn by q. diplomatist present, and asked the captain whether any swearing was allowed on British ships. He signed the visitors' book. There was a mutual understanding that 110 thoroughgoing visit would be made to either a British or a German battleship. The conning-towers were closed, and the wireless installations were not open to inspection. "BRAVEST AND FINEST." SQUADRON AT REVAL. ST. PETERSBURG, June 26. At a , banquet to the officers of the British squadron, which is visiting Reval, Count Tolstor and the Mayor toasted the British as the "bravest and liuest, navy in the world."
