The captain and officers of the steamer Epi, which was recently totally wrecked on the New Caledonia coast on her maiden voyage from Sydney, have arrived. The Epi, they state, was carried on to a reef by the tide, and after the wreck the crew, in two boats, were for eight days knocking about in a rough sea before they readied Poff Island in an exhausted condition.
