HINDUS AT VANCOUVER. THE LATEST MOVE. By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright. VANCOUVER, June 20. The legal representative of the Hindus has decided to apply to the ,courts to compel the Iminigration lOnquiry Board to render decisions in each casej without withholding decision until all the Hindus aboard have been examined, if a mandamus to this' effect is granted, the Hindus will apply for a write of Habeas Corpus, by which the Hindus are certain to gain entrance to Canada.
Feeling is inflamed against the. Hindihs, who are sending letters threatening the life of Inspector -Read, head of the Immigration Department, Ottawa. The Canadian Government has received assurances that the Japanese cruisers now at Vancouver will not lend marines to restrain the mutinous Hindus on board the Komagata Marti.
