ACCUSED REMANDED.

Press Association. DUNEDIN, June 22. David Alfred Dutton appeared at the Police Court to-day to answer a charge of manslaughter in connection with.the death of David Peter Leo Donovan, who was killed as the result of Sl collision between two engines in the railway goods yards. The evidence was similar to that at the inquest given by accused, who reserved his defence and was committed for trial, bail being al-lowed,-self in £2OO and two sureties of £IOO each.
