CAVE-DWELLER'S LAW SJJIT. .An interesting case came before Mr E. v W. 3ishop, S.M., this afternoon, when the Sumler Borough Council sued T. J. Archbold, jainter, of 147 Rollestou Street, Linwood, or recovery of the sum of £l, being the mnual license fee for tlie year 1913 alleged io foe due to plaintiffs in respect of a cave jecupied by the defendant at Taylor's Missake, Counsel for the Borough Council stated that defendant had paid last year's rent, 'but had refused to pay this year. He pointed out that the council charged the rent not so. much for the sake of the money as to baye some control over the community at Tay-lors-Mistake. Vhe hearing is proceeding. ■ y < * .
