Official information has been received that Villa and Carranza have settled their differences. Villa is proceeding against Zacatecas. The Huerta delegation to the Peace Conference has issued a statement charging the United States with insistence on a Constitutionalist as next Mexican President instead of a neutral candidate. This is tantamount to aiding and abetting fraud and violence at the Presidential elections.
