IN CHAMBERS. His Honour Mr Justice Denniston disposed of the following Chamber business yesterday:— Probates were granted of the wills of the following deceased persons:—Helen Hufton (Mr M'Donald), ; Peter■',€. .J.oh&asen (Mr Johnston), George lierd (Mr'Cottrell), John Mathesoji, (Mr Raymond), Eliza O'Neill nlond), John M'Gregor . Annie Q. Townend (Mr Brown)'." Letters of administration were granted in respect io the estates of the following deceased persons: Thomas Rose (Mr Kitchingham), Lumsden Shirriffs (Mr Smithson), Walter Johnston (Mr Malley), George L. Roberts (Mr Gress'on), Annie Lawrence (Mr Beattie). ■ In the Westport appeal case Williams v. Davis, a summons to have an appeal by way of rehearing at Westport (Mr M'Donald). The summons was dismissed with £2 2/- costs, without prejudice to the matter being brought before the judge in Westport.
