STAFF CHANGES. ■ Press Association. •' WELLINGTON, May 29. It is announced that Lieut.-Colonel BraitliVaite, General Staff Officer at Auckland, will succeed Colonel Heard as Chief of the General Staff and director of staff duties and military training; and that Lieut.-Colonel Collins, Adjutant-General, will be succeeded by Colonel,Chaytor, Officer Commanding the Wellington District. Colonels Heard and Collins, whose terms of office are expiring shortly, -are returning to England.,
