A THIEF THROUGH SNUFF.
YOUNG CLERK'S DOWNFALL. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, May 4. At the City Court a clerk, aged eighteen, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for stealing. He confessed that he took large quantities of menthol snuff. The medical evidence suggested that his downfall was attributable to the drug, which had gradually affected his brain, and would probably have killed him.
