WORK AT TRENTHAM.'' Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 18. It was a quiet morning at Trentham, mostly steady work being done. Mount Victoria went four furlongs in 51sec, Altcar the same distance in 50 2-ssec. Horokiko shaped well over the schooling fences, but pulled up lame. Sir Saracen ran five furlongs in lmin 6sec, and Ladoga beat Arlington over six furlongs in lmin 18sec. Bleriot galloped four furlongs in 50 l-ssec, Merry Roe did the same distance in 48sec, both flying starts. Others were given easy tasks. A.J.C. MEETING. CONCLUDING DAY.
