ATHENS, April 9,
Albania does not intend to wage war against either Greece or the Epirotes, but is determined to take over the whole of the territory assigned to her by the Powers, which is now occupied by the insurgents.
The prospect of England's withdrawal from the European Concert causes dismay. The gendarmerie and Mussulman Albanians are disarming the Christians at Koritza. - " '
Greece is acquainting the Powers with the seriousness of the situation.
