KING GEORGE VISITS PARIS. "Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. PARIS, April 9. King George's' visit to France is regarded as significant. '' Le Temps,'' in expressing satisfaction at the tenth anniversary of the Triple Entente, - states that King George's presence will testify to the inestimable value of the Entente Cordiaie, and the Tsar Nicholas will share in spirit in the assurance which will be again exchanged between the two other members of the Entente.

The newspapers state that the Kaiser has written- the Tsar a personal letter regarding the aeronaut who was recently detained-at Perm, in Russia, on a charge of'espionage, after a record balloon voyage from Germany. He requests the Tsar - to do his best to close the unpleasant .incident, speedily.
