NEW POST OFFICE.
MINISTER AT AKAROA. (Sun Special.) AKAROA, April 8. The foundation stone of the new post office was laid to-day, and the new wharf opened by the Hori. R. 11. Rhodes at 2.30 to-day. Mr Rhodes was introduced by the Mayor, Mr G. Armstrong. The Ministerial party motored over from Christchurch this morning in the best of weather.
