MILDLY CENSURED.
TWO EX-MINISTERS. THE ROCHETTE COMMISSION. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright. PARIS, April 2. The Rochette Commission mildly censures M. Monis and M. Caillaux. It exonerates them from charges of corruption, but holds that they were guilty of a deplorable use of influence. The evidence revealed that finance exercised an unjustifiable influence on the Government. The committee was unable to understand M. Barthou's right to regard the Fabre document as personal property or how a transcription of the document came into M. Calmette's possession.
