There is increasing tension between Rumania and Austria over the treatment of Rumanians in Transylvania and Austria's Balkan war policy. A meeting of public men at Bucharest violently attacked Austria. An officer jjrged youths to be prepared to march into Transylvania. There is a significant decrease of Rumania's anti-Russian feeling.
