On account of, the unsatisfactory financial position it has been necessary to reduce expenditure to a minimum. Tho area has been divided into about 150 districts under the direction of leagues, committees and representatives. An endeavour was made to provide a practical programme of educational activities that could be undertaken by churches, secondary schools, Bible classes and kindred societies.
