OUTSPOKEN MINISTER
Reed. 10.45 a.m. CAPETOWN, Wed. “We deny the right of any European nation, England included, to act anywhere in Africa in conflict with our ideals,” was the outspoken criticism of the Minister of Lands, Mr. P. G. W. Grobler, regarding a White Paper foreshadowing British native policy in East Africa. The Minister dealt exhaustively with the question at the opening of the Transvaal Nationalist Congress.
