WOMEN WILL HAVE THE VOTE IN TURKEY NOW PARTIES REGULATED Reed. 1.30 p.ru. CONSTANTINOPLE, Monday. The Government is submitting to an extraordinary session of the National Assembly a Bill enfranchising women among other electoral reforms. It provides, also, for permitting the creation of political parties providing Republican and Democratic principles are respected, and preventing the formation of extremist movements.
