PINK WEDDING FROCK RELIEVED WITH SILVER LACE
ATTENDANT MAID IN APPLE GREEN LUKS—SCOTT .The marriage was celebrated at All Saints’ Church Ponsonby, on Wednesday evening of Ruby May, youngest daughter of Mr. J. Scott and the late Mrs. Scott, of Hslensville, and Frederick Leo, youngest son of Mrs. H. Luks and the late Mr. Luks, of Dedwood Terrace, Herne Bay. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. W Averill, and Dr. S K. Phillips presided at the organ. Given away by her father, the bride woro a frock of cameo-pink georgette and silver lace. The ankle-length skirt had flared pointed tiers falling gracefully from a close-fltting sleeveless bodice of silver lace over pink georgette. Her silver embroidered tulle veil was caught to the head with spreys of orange blossom and she carried a shower bouquet of pink and white flowers. Miss Nona Farquhar was bridesmaid, wearing a frock of apple green crepe do soie with an ankle-length skirt of flared tiers. She wore a lemon felt hat turned back from the face and carried a shower bouquet of daffodils. Mr. Frank Webb attended the bridegroom as best man. Mrs. Luks, mother of the bridegroom, was gowned in black chiffon velvet with a black hat and she carried a bouquet of autumn-shaded flowers.
