WEDDING AT BROADWOOD
ATTENDANTS WEAR PRETTY BEIGE AND APPLE GREEN FROCKS
BUSS—FERGUSON The marriage of Miss Frances Ferguson, of Broadwood, to Mr. Arthur Frederick Buss, of Taupiri, was celebrated at the Oddfellows’ Hall at Broadwood by the Rev. Mr. Alexander. The bride wore a frock of ivory crepe de chine and lace. The veil was arranged with orange blossoms and she carried a dainty flower bouquet. Miss Flora Ferguson, sister of the bride, and Miss Gertie Buss, sister of the bridegroom, acted as bridesmaids, wearing beige and apple-green respectively, with tulle head-dresses. Mr. Herbert Buss, the bridegroom’s brother, acted as best man and Mr. William Ferguson as groomsman. Mrs. Buss wore saxe blue crepe de chine, with hat to match, and carried a posy of violets and snowdrops Mrs. Ferguson, mother of the bride, wore a frock of navy silk, with black hat.
