WOOL THIEVES AT WORK

SHED ROBBED BY MEANS OF MOTOR-LORRY BALES AND SKINS TAKEN Press Association WAIPUKURAU, Monday. Wood thieves were busy again last night when the woolshed of Mr. F. J. Witherow, of Waipawa, was entered and three bales of lambs’ wool and a number of sheepskins were stolen. Mr. Witherow’s homestead Is situated on a hill above the road and the woolshed is some distance away. Entrance to the woolshed was gained by forcing a door. Marks on the road indicated that the thieves used a motor-lorry for the removal of the bales. This is the second wool robbery in this district recently.
