RIOTERS TAKE CHARGE
MOBS IN RHINELAND OUT OF CONTROL POLICE GIVEN ARMS Heed. 1:15 p.m. COLOGNE, Wed. Anti-Separatists' riots in the Rhineland are daily becoming more alarm ing. The- police are unable to control the mobs and many streets have been barricated. The police have been supplied with rifles and squads are equipped with tear-gas grenades. Many Separatists’ premises have been sacked and a number ot Separatists have fled to the -country. The Minister of the Interior is sending reinforcements to Treves, Weisbaden and other evacuated towns.
