IVORY AND SILVER
ATTENDANT MAID IN TURQUOISE BLUE BRINKWORTH—RICHARDS The Methodist Church. Otahuhu, i was the scene of a pretty wedding this j week, when Minnie, the second daugh- j ter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Richards, J of Mangere Road. Otahuhu, was married to Robert Harold, third son of j Mr. E. and the late Mrs. Brinkworth, j of Afatangi, Waikato. The bride was given away by her j father, and wore a pretty frock of ivory crepe de chine, with trimmings of silver lace. A prettily embroidered veil was arranged with a chaplet of i orange blossom, and she carried a white shower bouquet, tied with satin ribbons. The bridesmaid was frocked in turquoise blue georgette, relieved with rale pink, and her headdress was of rose tulle to harmonise with her bouquet. The Rev. W. Gatman conducted the marriage ceremony, and the duties of best man were carried 'out by Mr. William Brinkworth. brother of the groom, and Miss E. Moffat presided at the organ. The reception was held at Gardiner’s Tea Rooms, which had been prettily decorated for the occasion with golden « daffodils and white jonquils. The bride’s mother received her j * guests wearing a smart frock of beige ; wool crepe de chine, with black and ' beige toque.
