The talkie mystery thriller “Black Waters” is now at the Alexandra Theatre. _As Kelly, the Evangelist, James Kirkwood scores a remarkable “talking” and acting success. Tie is a typical example of a stage and screen actor,, whose vast experience has stood him in good stead lor the world’s latest entertainment. Mary Brian, who plays Eunice, the heroine, is most effective and has a lovely appealing voice. Lloyd lTa.mil ton, the popular comedian, has a very humorous role in the nerve-infected valet. “The Delightful Rogue,” a gay comedy-drama starring Rod La Roque and Rita La Roy, is the second feature.
