VICE-REGAL INTEREST From Our Oxen Correspondent HAMILTON, Wednesday. Evidence of the practical interest in adult education taken by the Gover nor-General, Lord Bledisloe, is given in an item in an English journal just received by Mr. P. B. Stephens, W.E.A. organiser at Hamilton. It is an announcement that Lord Bledisloe has offered to Avoncroft College for Rural Workers (England) a scholarship which provides for the cost of residence and tuition to any agricultural or rural worker between 18 and 30 years of age, who can show evidence of character and desires to improve his education,
