“TOO PREVALENT,” SAYS S.M. Press Association GISBORNE, Today. Declaring the theft of cars to be too prevalent, Mr. P. H. Harper, S M sentenced a youth, Alfred Arthur Gurney, to a month’s imprisonment for the conversion of a car to his own use at Napier.
