FATAL CAR SWERVE

WOMAN MOTORIST'S DEATH Special to TUB SUN ROTORUA, Friday. The inquest was resumed this morning before Mr. W. L. Richards, J.P., acting-coroner, and a jury, concerning the death of Mrs. Alice Jane Coupe. The following verdict was returned: “That deceased met her death from injuries received from the overturning of a motor-car in which she was a passenger on the Wairakei Valley Road, the cause of the accident being due to the swerving of the car, for some unaccountable reason.” The jury added a rider to the effect that they had visited the scene of the accident, and were of the opinion that the road was in good order, and that its cond tion was not responsible for t lk; Occident.
