SIX CHILDREN SLEPT WITH FATHER MANCHESTER TRAGEDY Reed 9 a.m. LONDON, Tuesday. Remarkable disclosures regarding conditious in the poor quarters of Manchester were made at an inquiry concerning the death of a baby girl foul’ months old. The evidence showed that the father and six children, two boys aged 15 and five, three girls, of ten, eight and six, together with the baby, slept in one bed. The baby was smothered by the bed clothes.
