LICENSING MEETING

FIVE MINUTES’ BUSINESS

Five minutes was sufficient to transact the business at the quarterly meeting at the Manukau Licensing Bench held at noon today in the Onehunga, Court House.

In the absence of the magistrate, Mr. F. H. L.evien, S.M., Mr. John Rowe, J.P., presided. The other members present were Messrs. H. R. McKenzie, W. H. Gavin. W. J. Wallace and E. V. Sutherland. The police reported that all the hotels in the district had been conducted satisfactorily. An application was granted for the permanent transfer of the licence of the Post Office Hotel, Onehunga, from Charles Francis Molloy to Edward Arthur Wilson.
