HUNTLY TOWN BOARD

Three building permits were granted at the Huntly Town Board’s meeting. Mr. E. George presided. The increasing demand for parking motors is becoming acute, and to relieve the congested area in the vicinity of the railway station entrance it has been decided to shift the bus stand to the south side of the Town Hall. The Waikato Hospital Board intimated its intention to make increased accommodation at the infectious diseases ward of the Waikato Hospital at a cost of £ 3,500.
