A JOLLY PARTY'
DANCE EVENING AT DOMAIN KIOSK A delightful little party was given ; at the Domain Kiosk on Saturday by Aliss Mitchell. of Mount Eden. the guest of honour being Aliss YY. Sherry. The rooms were charmingly decorated for the occasion, festoons of roses from a large centre-piece of mauve aiul pink stocks reaching to the walls. ! Supper was served on the long porch, the tables being graced with tall vases : of beautiful roses. Excellent music ! was supplied by the Felix Orchestra. Aliss Alitcliell received her guests \ wearing a frock of black and silver ; j lace, with diamente trimming. 1 Aliss Sherry wore ivory georgette and i net, with silver trimmings. AMONG THE GUESTS j Alts. YY. Hayward wore black georgette j with floral trimmings; Mrs. Renelle had j j on black crepe d- chine; Airs. YV. Young \ i was in midnight blue embossed georgette ! i with side drapings; Aliss Alice YVilson 1 i wore jade green georgette with lace over- ! I dress and hip-bow; Miss L. Tyo chose ! black frilled net with pink rosebud trim- ; mine; Aliss R. Chirmside wore jade geor- ! gette with diamente trimming, and hip- \ bow of cameo pink: Aliss B. Renelle had ! on a black georgette frock; Miss D. j Munroe was wearing a period frock of j green and mauve; Miss S. Renelle had .on black georgette, with blue Spanish ; shawl; Aliss Billie YVilson wore black j georgette with uneven hemline; Miss J. I Hicks was wearing coral chiffon velvet with shoulder posy; Miss Towner wore an alice blue taffeta and satin frock; Miss F. Barnes was in rose shot taff* ta and gold net item; Aliss Marjorie Morri- ’ son was wearing lemon and blue georj gette with handkerchief skirt; Miss M. i Spelr had on black georgette with rherry i uneven hemline and hand-embroidered * shawl.
