MR. NEVILLE HENDERSON APPOINTED British Official Wireless Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. The King has approved the appointment of Mr. Neville Meyrich Henderson, Envoy and Minister plenipotentiary at Paris, to be a nvoy-extraord-inary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Belgrade. Mr. Neville M. Henderson has been an envoy for Britain at St. Petersburg, Tokyo, Rome Nish, Paris, Constantinople and Cairo.
