ACCOUNTANCY AND COMMERCE STUDENTS’ NIGHT MARIGOLDS AND LILIES Another successful bridge evening was held in the University College on Wednesday \v*hen the members of the accountancy and commerce group were the organisers for the evening. Mrs. R. G. Entrican, convenor of the sub-committee, received the guests wearing a gown of black crepe de soie embossed in gold thread, with smartly draped, skirt and black embroidered wrap. Marigolds made gay splashes of colour on the tables and bowls of arum lilies were arranged in the corners of the women’s common room. Among those playing were: Lady Beauchamp, Mrs. C. B.
