BURNARD V. LYSNAR IN PRIVY COUNCIL (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 9.25 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. The Privy Council allowed the New Zealand appeal, Burnard v. Lysnar, and ordered the respondents to pay the costs of the Court of Appeal, also the Privy Council.
