COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar is expected at Auckland on Monday from the East Coast, and sails the following day on her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays. The Katoa left Auckland yesterday for Westport, where she loads for Wellington antf Auckland. The Kaituna was unable to complete discharge last evening. She left early this afternoon for Greymouth, where she x loads again for Auckland. The Waipiata returned to Auckland this morning from Portland and berthed at the Prince’s Wharf. At noon tomorrow she leaves here for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. The Kaiwarra, now loading at Lyttelton, leaves there at 5 p.m. on Saturday for Auckland direct. She is due here next Tuesday. The Wingatui, en route from Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru, leaves Lyttelton at noon today for Wellington and Auckland. She is due here on Sunday, and, after discharge, loads at Auckland for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Kartigi. from Australia, leaves Wellington at noon today for Gisborne and Auckland. She is due here on Monday to complete her discharge of timber. The Kurow is due at Auckland at 6.30 a.m. tomorrow from Westport via Wellington and berths at the Prince’s Wharf. After discharge, she returns to the coal port. The Waimea arrived at Gisborne this morning and sails this evening for Napier and Auckland. She is due here on Sunday. The Kent sailed early this afternoon for Wellington, Port Chalmers and New Plymouth to complete her discharge of Liverpool cargo. The Port Auckland left here shortly after 10 p.m. yesterday for Napier, thence Wellington. Lyttelton and Dunedin to land the remainder of her New York cargo. The Sussex sailed last evening for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, to put out the balance of her Eastern cargo. The Matangi is to leave Auckland on Wednesday next for Wellington and Nelson. Cargo will be received here for Nelson and West Coast ports. Russell and Somers are the local agents. The Canopus is due in port at about 5 p.m. tomorrow from Westport with coal. She is to berth at King’s "Wharf in the position that was occupied by the Maui Pomare. The Maui Pomare was to move from King’s Wharf to the North Wall to make room for the Canopus this afternoon. The Huanui is to arrive during the week-end from Lyttelton. She goes to Western Wharf. The Scot sails for Waipu at 3 p.m. today. The Coronation is expected from Awanui tomorrow, and leaves on the return trip at noon on Saturday. The Tiroa is arriving from the East Coast during the week-end. At 4 p.m. on Tuesday next she sails for Hicks, Tokomaru and Tolaga Bays. The Margaret W., due from Gisborne during the week-end, is scheduled to sail for that port direct at 4 o’clock on Tuesday afternoon next. The Piri arrived at midnight last night from Dunedin. This morning she proceeded to the Motuihi anchorage to land explosives. She was to come up to Central Wharf this afternoon.
