YOUNG WOODLEY AND “RIO RITA”
'’Young Woodley,” John Van Druten’s splendid play of adolescent love, will be presented at His Majesty’s Theatre by J, C, Williamson on June 11. The Fuller firm announces that •'Rio Rita” will play the South Island before coming north. The exact dates are not definitely settled.
The new J.C.W. musical comedy, “The Five O’clock Girl,” opened at Adelaide last Saturday evening. Annie Croft and her husband, Reginald Sharland, were originally to have played the leads, but on their return to England Helen Patterson and William Valentine were imported from the U.S.A. Others in the cast are Alfred Frith, Cecil Kelleway, Leo Franklyn, and Rowena Ronald, Frederick Blackis the producer.
