SOUTHERN EXCHANGES TODAY’S SALES Wellington.—On 'Change: Australian Bank of Commerce, £1 16s 4d; New Zealand Breweries, shares, 65s (four lots). Wellington.—Reported: New Zealand Breweries (shares), 655. Christchurch.—On ’Change: Aust. Bank of Commerce, 36s 4d; Goldsbrough Mort, 51s 6d; llahakipawa, 9d (three parcels). William A. Horne, Ltd., offered today a section of 36.4 perches, together with a modern brick house, situated at 163 Edendale Road. There was a good attendance of buyers, and the property was bought in by the mortgagee at £1,400. Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd., offered by mortgagee sale a six-roomed dwelling and property on Green Lane Road, opposite the main entrance of the Ellerslie Racecourse. It was bought in by the mortgagee at £2,000.
