AMERICAN ARRANGES COMPROMISE MIDDLE COURSE SUGGESTED (Australian end N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) PARIS, Saturday. Dr. Schacht. chief German delegate to the conference of the Committee of Experts on Reparation,, has accepted the principal points in the plan of Mr. Owen D. Young (United States), which is a via media between the German and the Allied plans to solve the reparation problem. The Allied delegates have agreed to give the proposals consideration. They have requested their submission in writing. The British and Japanese delegates unquestionably will approve Mr. Young's proposals. It is believed that, the Italians will support them also, but the attitude of France and Belgium is doubtful. The final decision must be suspended pending the return of the first French delegate, M. Moreau, Governor of the Bank of France.
