DEAD AIRMEN IN DESERT

ARRANGEMENTS TO BRING BODIES HOME CAMEL PARTY TO GO OUT Reed. 9.35 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. The Federal authorities are completing plans for the removal of the bodies of Lieutenant Keith Anderson and Mr. R. S. Hitchcock, and for sending the remains for burial in accordance with the wishes of the relatives. This is expected to take some time, owing to the lack of water and the rough nature of the country. The Air Force machines were withdrawn yesterday, as they need an overhaul. Other machines are being sent for the purpose of guiding the land party which will be dispatched to recover the bodies. A base will be established 40 miles from the spot, and the party will set out on camels. The bodies will be taken either to Darwin or Wyndham and placed on a steamer.
