SIR HARRY LAUDER
HIS INIMITABLE WiT The inimitable Sir Harry Lauder will t again amuse audiences at His Majesty’s 1 Theatre this evening. Always fresh and j attractive, Sir Harry’s humour has attracted as large audiences as ever dur- ! ing his short season in Auckland. Supported by an excellent company, but, of ; course, far outshining it, he is an entertainer of the first water. This evening he will present a few of his most famous acts and several new* ones. His songs are known all over the world by means of the gramophone, but now Aucklanders may hear them from the lips of the man himself. Tt is safe to say that they will not fail to enjoy them. The theatre will be closed on Anzae night, but this evening and each evening thereafter until Saturday next, when the season closes, Sir Harry and j his associates will vary their presentations and in order that those who are I unable to attend the evening performances may have an opportunity oi j hearing the famous entertainer and his j company a special matinee perform- 1 ance will be given on Saturday afternoon next, beginning at 2.30. The plans for the full season are now on view at Lewis R. Eady’s. The company is announced to appear for one night only at the Theatre Royal, Hamilton, on Monday next.
