TE AWAMUTU STOCK SALE The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, Hamilton, reports: At the Te Awamutu sale on Thursday a good yarding of all classes of stock came forward. Beef was penned in full supply, and sold under keen competition at prices quite on a par with those ruling at other centres. Store cattle met with only a moderate demand, with the exception of high grade weaner Jersey heifers, for which there was considerable inquiry. A line of store woolly lambs offered failed to reach the owner's reserve.
