INTOXICATED RABBITER

COLLISION WITH MOTOR-CAR (From Our Own Correspondent) WAIUKU, To-day. A rabbiter named Peter Anderson, of Kokekohe, near Waiuku, appeared before Alessrs. F. S. Millington and J. T. Jones, J.P.’s, at the Police Court, Waiuku, yesterday, charged with driving a motor-truck while in a state of intoxication. The accused had been in Waiuku on Wednesday, and when returning home he ran into a motor-car driven bj r Air. W. R. Goorich. The accused, who pleaded guilty, was convicted and fined £5 and costs, prohibited for 12 months, and had his licence endorsed.
