The year’s bomb total reached 27 today, when a bomb, intended for a taxicab garage, and thrown by a gangster, wrecked the offices of the suburban weekly newspaper “Suburban Leader.” Another bomb thrown by a participant in the petrol war wrecked a tilling station and damaged a nearby down-town hotel.
