HENDERSON’S INJURY
Sam Henderson, the well-known Auckland horseman who was seriously injured at Paeroa on Saturday, when Mangaiti fell in the steeplechase, regained consciousness this morning. The chief injury is a fracture at the base of the skull, and Henderson’s condition is still regarded as very serious. *
