POLLUTION OF HUNUA STREAM
The-Minister of Health, the Hon. J. Stallworthy, yesterday investigated complaints that the Hunua stream was being polluted from a metal quarry. He did so at the request of the Auckland Acclimatisation Society, the Papakura Beautifying Society, and the settlers of the district, and promised a further investigation by his department.
