SHOP ASSISTANT INJURED (From Our Oxen Correspondent) DARGAVILLE, Monday. .An accident of an unusual nature occurred at Dargaville to-day. Mr. Joe Hitchcock, an employee of u local drapery establishment, was standing: iu one of the shop doorways waiting for the shop to be opened this morning when he suddenly fainted, striking h 3 head as he fell on the sharp edge of the door framework. The back of his head was cut, necessitating the insertion of several stitches.
