A message received on November said that General Booth was suffering from nervous prostration,.and that his condition gave rise to some anxiety. A complete rest from all work for several months would, it was hoped, ensure his complete recovery. General W. Bramwell Booth is the eldest son of the late General Booth, founder of the Salvation Army. Me was born at Halifax on March 8, 1556, and is thus 72 years of age. He has travelled extensively, his tours including New Zealand and Australia.
