BROTHER OF LITVINOFF FORGED BILLS OF EXCHANGE (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) ,(United ServiceJ Reed. 11 a.m. PARIS, Sunday. A search by a special agent of the Soviet’s Berlin legation resulted in the discovery, in two French banks, of seven bills of exchange amounting to £200,000, allegedly forged by a brother of M. Litvinoff, the Russian Foreign Minister. He was Moscow representative of the Russian trade delegation in Berlin until January, 1926. He issued the bills without authority.
